Grilled started off with a 2-5-3 lineup. Lineup: Tian Han - 入江 (Irie), 中北 (Nakakita) - Muthyala, Leong Kum, Prabhu, Won, Aik Jia - Dvorak, bin Mohd Kassim, Isufi.

A 4-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Krautrock. They fielded: Prochownik - Vitale, Sazonov, Vay, Olcay - Răileanu, Mutschall, Pott-Körner, Kiesenhofer - Esperón, Jelkić.

Grilled clearly preferred using their divine ability to attack in the middle. For their match strategy, Krautrock had decided to use their extra-terrestrial ability to counter-attack whenever possible. Krautrock were able to mount several counterattacks, such as the impressive one after 18 minutes, but M. Vitale lofted a free kick over the crossbar. With 25 minutes played, X. Esperón of Krautrock fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. 雄. 入江 (Irie) gave Grilled the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 1 - 0 A great save by keeper K. Prochownik after 31 minutes kept the visitors in the game after G. Dvorak struck from the left with a real cannonball. M. bin Mohd Kassim should probably have put his team up another goal after 36 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by K. Prochownik kept the visitors in the game. It was 1 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 60 percent of the ball.

The coach of Grilled was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 46 minutes, G. Filippone came on for M. bin Mohd Kassim. Grilled put themselves up 2 - 0 when 悠. 中北 (Nakakita) broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. H. Pott-Körner of Krautrock was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. 69 minutes into the match, Krautrock replied and reduced the lead to 2 - 1. A. Răileanu scored on a marvellous cross pass coming in from the left. Grilled's 雄. 入江 (Irie) got himself booked for a foul. Grilled managed to extend their lead to 3 - 1 when R. Isufi cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The match ends 3 - 1. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.

Most important Grilled player was H. Prabhu. However, 雄. 入江 (Irie) made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Krautrock player was without a doubt X. Esperón. D. Sazonov was a disappointment, however.
