After Moey Xin Seng and Chan Ze Han, there was Ho Dong Ze. Distant relative of the Rancher Rabbits' Ho Ah Kian and Ho Meng Feng, the former a valued junior forward at S-League club Joker 9 and the latter now a centre-mid with Romania's FC Atec, Dong Ze might yet outstrip them both.

Favouring the right wing from his boyhood, Ho had however not been indulged in his choice of position by the Chicken Wings coaches, who saw that they had a gem on their hands. He was started all around the field as team skipper, and recorded seven goals from his 23 appearances for the Wings, including four against French visitors les petits LOM in about as devastating a personal demonstration as has been observed at The Green Gridiron.

The esteem in which he is being held at the club was expressed by his special dispensation to wear the Number 18 jersey, which has been held in abeyance since the legendary Mohd Safri bin Mohd Kassim's retirement. He's not expected to use it much, with former Swiss Division Two champs Crowded House having already made a serious offer, but he might yet get a run-out before departing.
