Grilled International today thanked club medic Hj Seruji bin Hafiz and sports psychologist Ang Wen Leong for their dutiful service in a statement, as they departed for further studies by mutual agreement. "Seruji and Ang helped steer the club through much of its growing pains, and it is only right that we consider the best for their long-term career in return."
Their replacements will be Kamil bin Hj Daud and Rosman bin Hafeez, both of whom have a long association with Brunei sports. Kamil has additionally undertaken a rotation at Suri Seri Begawan Hospital, while Rosman has only recently returned after a professional refresher course in England.
The announcement came amidst a very busy period for the club, who have also just announced the expansion of Burung Memorial Stadium to a capacity of over fifty thousand, as well as the naming of the official supporters' club as The Immortal Stripes, with its membership breaching two thousand.
