Three On Train
The impending end of the season has brought about the usual urgency by recent academy graduates on snagging a new employer before their trainee contract's grace period ends, and today has seen several from the Grilled set of clubs manage free transfers. Farmer Bunnies attacker Nicholas Yiu drew the fancy of newly-incorporated Dutch VI.52 outfit Marky Young Boys, who made him one of their first tranche of seven signings under Ronny Roozen.
Rancher Rabbits scout Yip De Da revealed that he had been fearing the worst. "Yiu's a bit on the delicate side, and clubs seem to want the whole package from the start nowadays. He's also a fast learner, so if they give him a real shot, I would expect him to improve by leaps and bounds."
From Grilled International, the pair of Azman bin Hj Mohd Yusof and Khairul Ersan bin Hj Zulkifli - both also seventeen - would find takers without an overly long wait. Both defensive midfielders, with Azman more on the defender side and Khairul more a midfielder, they would be taken up by Swiss Division Six side AS Robasacco and American Division Six side VFBSC respectively.
International head coach
Didi Reidenbach wished the pair a safe journey. "They've been a pleasure to tutor at the Bees, from what Hafiz has reported. Here's to them raising a buzz overseas!"
