Mo Gets Sanderthouil Break
17 year-old Grilled International midfield hopeful Mo Yi Jin attained the foot in the door that he had been striving for, as he convinced newly set-up Chicago sixth division club Sanderthouil Ball, to take a punt on him. Given that he would be the seventeenth trainee signed up today by head coach Isael Hau, though, it will be up to him not to be just another face in the crowd.
Mo would quickly find a roommate in former St. Xavier's FC youth player Yap Chao Guang, which should help him settle; his scout Zulfadly bin Hj Ratano would warn that he was very lucky to even make it this far. "Yi Jin knows it himself, he came to us after getting cut by Black&White Dogs, and to be utterly frank, he has a long way to presenting as a long-term prospect."
Zulfadly stressed that it was all up to Mo now. "He's still young, but I don't want to say that he has a lot of time. But he can conceivably start improving fast. He will need to."
