AzarisTV In For Chai
Rancher Rabbits graduate Chai Kian Hui signed for new Pulau Ubin club AzarisTV FC immediately after turning seventeen, joining a selection of elite youngsters under Yuto Mizuno's wing. The list thus far includes Haha's Steven Mak, Tecos Foreign Legion's Gan Dong Wai and Ropelearner FC's Lu Guang Lee, counting just clubs that the Birds and Buns have played recently.
Rabbits scout Tong Han Kong remembered Chai as a natural on the wing. "He just loves dribbling it along the boundary lines, and he has the pace to make defenders think twice about going in for the tackle."
Tong admitted that he did have some reservations about Chai's choice of destination, given that his new club's owners had been involved in two short-lived projects, in Anchorvale Harvest and Gallifrey Wanderers FC. "I'm hoping third time's the charm here, for Chai's sake."
