Shahril Passes
17 year-old Farmer Bunnies midfielder Mohd Shahril Nizam Jihan was taken on by Italian sixth division club Il Passante 2 on a free transfer today, alongside eight other hopeful trainees, as new head coach Joachim Rosenberg seeks to rebuild from scratch.
Buns scout Yip De Da could not deny that Mohd Shahril was very much a work in progress, but that he therefore also had much room for improvement. "Shahril's gotten far on instinct thus far, which is testament to his raw talent. If he continues working hard and starts listening to his coaches, nothing's out of reach."
