Clinton Exit
Rancher Rabbits forward Clinton Poon became German club Dynamo 25's first-ever acquisition today, joining Edvard Brink at the former Ritterhude, now under new management. The free transfer came as a relief to the 18 year-old, who was despairing of getting his pro career started, after a long month of being on the market.
Known among Rabbits followers for his willingness to defend from the front, Poon has nevertheless shown a knack for finding the net, with a hat-trick in his penultimate youth outing against Hungarian U-20 club side Ork Béna Öngyilkos Alakulat, before bowing out with another goal against Fortsæt.
Still, Rabbits head scout Yip De Da advised Poon to continue striving hard. "Clinton isn't what one would call a natural genius, but he has shown a capacity for self-improvement. He should quickly get up to an acceptable standard for the lower divisions, and start amassing some useful experience."
