Feedback 8 - 6 Grilled

iv id="matchReport"> It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 5482 that came out to The Maddening Loop. Manolo Herráez was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Dik Duisenberg and Mungo Finlay. Feedback had chosen a strategic 5-5-0 formation. The following players took the field: Sajjadi - Grazioso, Eskić, Lesa, Laternas, Rincon Ramos - Turak, Gorący, Casola, Centrih, Waters -.

Grilled decided to use a 4-5-1 set up. The following players had been chosen: Seng - Awyong, Bakhtiar, bin Ahmad, van der Ban - Isufi, Xin Seng, Prabhu, Muthyala, 入江 (Irie) - Bellamoli.

21 minutes into the game, Grilled seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a solid level of organisation. Feedback fans held their breath as C. Casola scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 1 - 0! 31 minutes in, Grilled's R. van der Ban received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Feedback were forced into a substitution as J. Waters couldn't continue due to some rough treatment, forcing D. Bull to come in off the bench. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, C. Casola got himself booked. The manager of Feedback was not happy. With 43 minutes played, Feedback put themselves up 2 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to C. Casola, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. With 44 minutes played, R. van der Ban had a fantastic opportunity to reply but his shot from the middle flew harmlessly wide of the goal. Halftime score was 2 - 0. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.

The Grilled players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a solid organisation when the game started again. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Grilled's R. bin Ahmad was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 46 minutes. Z. Jing Wei was given a chance to change things around. The bench was restless, and with 46 minutes passed Grilled's coach gave L. Aik Jia the opportunity the player had been hoping for. H. Prabhu reluctantly left the field. The intense heat forced G. Grazioso into making some errors because he couldn't seem to keep up with the others. Grilled were desperate to get a goal back and pushed forward through the middle 67 minutes into the game. After a scramble in the box, the ball dropped to R. van der Ban, who smashed it home to make the score 2 - 1. 75 minutes into the game, Grilled had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to solid. Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile P. Bellamoli. With 80 minutes played, the Grilled coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. L. Wan Kang came on, P. Bellamoli had to leave the fray. 80 minutes in, Grilled appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only passable. R. Isufi's tried to storm through the defence after 82 minutes, but J. Rincon Ramos was just too fast to shake off and the rest of the defence got back to cover. After 85 minutes, the visitors levelled the scores after L. Wan Kang made it through the middle and struck home to make it 2 - 2. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 56 percent of possession.

As neither team was able to break the deadlock before the end of regular play, the teams took to the field again for extra time. A review of the gameplan helped Grilled get back to a solid organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. The Feedback coach adjusted their lineup with 91 minutes gone. V. Eskić and G. Grazioso assumed each other's positions. 2 - 3 was the score with 104 minutes played, after R. Isufi cut through the central defence and chipped home a goal for Grilled. 115 minutes into the game, Grilled seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to passable. After 116 minutes of play, P. Centrih equalised for Feedback after an elegant attack from the right. The result was still a draw, so the match had to be settled with penalties.

Feedback's J. Rincon Ramos was relaxed as he smoothly put the ball in the net. 4 - 3! Grilled's M. Xin Seng looked like he knew exactly where he wanted to put the ball, but unfortunately his shot went wide of the left hand post. Still 4 - 3. Feedback's V. Eskić showed he has nerves of steel when it comes to penalties, easily changing the score to 5 - 3. Grilled's N. Muthyala made no mistake. N. Sajjadi didn't have a chance. 5 - 4. Feedback's G. Grazioso kept his cool as he faced down D. Seng. His composure paid off as he scored easily for 6 - 4. Grilled's R. van der Ban coolly put the ball past N. Sajjadi. 6 - 5. When it comes to placing a ball precisely, P. Centrih is a real wizard. He put it safely away for Feedback to make the score 7 - 5. Grilled's R. Isufi coolly put the ball past N. Sajjadi. 7 - 6. Feedback's C. Casola kept his cool as he faced down D. Seng. His composure paid off as he scored easily for 8 - 6. Feedback's top performer was clearly V. Eskić. However, N. Sajjadi made a disastrous appearance. Grilled's best player was L. Aik Jia. D. Seng turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 8 - 6.
