Grilled 2 - 2 Talisker

iv id="matchReport"> The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 2568 had shown up at The Cooking Pot for the match. Sven Hoff was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Odd Bekken and Joar Larsen. Grilled decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. Starters: Rykowski - Bakhtiar, bin Ahmad, van der Ban - Meyer, Won, Isufi, Aik Jia, Prabhu - Wan Kang, Bgengang.

Talisker tactics involved an interesting 2-5-3 combination. The following players took the field: Rhl - Rivier, Strehlau - Molnar, Coniglio, Szetela, Nassini, Stassen - Meylender, Cavazzano, Garin.

Grilled immediately set off using their skill at pressing their opponents. Talisker took the lead 5 minutes into the game, making the score 0 - 1 after some elegant movement down the middle. D. Strehlau was the scorer. The crowd chanted their encouragement as Grilled's R. Isufi came in from the right after 17 minutes and put the ball in the net to level the score at 1 - 1. With 39 minutes played, the visitors broke through on the right after some poor defending. B. Szetela put the ball away for 1 - 2. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, L. Wan Kang got himself booked. The manager of Grilled was not happy. 1 - 2 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 64 percent of the time.

With 46 minutes played, the Grilled coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. P. Bellamoli came on, D. Bgengang had to leave the fray. With the crowd on their feet chanting wildly, some great moves down the right hand side after 54 minutes gave Grilled a wonderful opportunity to level the score, and L. Aik Jia stepped up to the challenge. 2 - 2 Making his way up the middle 57 minutes into the match, H. Prabhu almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert S. Rhl blocked it to keep the score level. Grilled's R. Isufi tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. 62 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for Grilled to take the lead after a good cross from the right found H. Bakhtiar alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post. Talisker's D. Strehlau was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 74 minutes. As the 88 minute mark approached, the Grilled coach decided it was time for a substitution. C. Meyer reluctantly made way for Z. Jing Wei on the pitch. R. bin Ahmad would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. Q. Madaini entered the game for Grilled as the match clock showed 89 minutes. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 64 percent of the ball.

Grilled's top performer was clearly R. Isufi. On the other hand, R. van der Ban's play was disheartening. Most important Talisker player was M. Cavazzano. L. Meylender turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 2.
