Bakhtiar may not be the greatest of players, but all who have met him can agree that he is one heck of a leader. Constantly yelling in central midfield, he manages to do it in a way that nobody is offended, which might be the hardest part. His loyalty to the club would be rewarded with his installation as caretaker head coach, after some thirty years here - and he repaid it by leading the team to their third S-League title.
