Kok Konged
A U-20 team with Han Kok in midfield went down 1-3 to Hong Kong in the second game of the qualifiers. On home ground in the 140500-capacity Fortress Tactics, U-20 Singapore were all over the opposition from the get-go, and had a legitimate penalty claim dismissed when Kok Teck Shun was taken down by the Hong Kong keeper in the 19th minute.
Han Kok was then not awarded a free-kick in a great position when he was impeded by Shu Meng, and somehow got booked. Seah Yun Leong once again drew first blood for his nation, but Singapore proceeded to fall apart after an hour and allow Hong Kong to bang three in.
"Although we lost when we faced them a few weeks ago, it was 3-5-2 for both sides this time," Han Kok said. "They had more possession than us, especially in the second half, and that's worrying when we're the ones at home. Peru have impressed with three wins out of three, so we'll be hard pressed to gain three points from the next game."
