Hazman Travels North

Academy striker Tengku Hazman bin Ismail, 18, moved across the Causeway as he was taken up by Perak Division Five club KDX FC on a free transfer.

The newly-formed side have been prudent in allocating their funds, so far having only bought Brazillian winger Tomás de Sousa and local footballers Ahmad Termuzi bin Khairuddin and Siva-Chidambaram Kumar for low prices.

Hazman, or "Haz" as he likes to be called, relishes the thought of fronting a side that whitewashed Sabah FC in their first league game. He'll be staying with a distant relative while he works out the terms of his apprenticeship.
