It was much tighter in the other semi-final as Dodogado won by the single goal against Team Remy83, Dong Rongyong's textbook header from a corner proving the difference between the sides. Grilled are certainly not about to doubt the effectiveness of Dodogado's suffocating defence, having lost both meetings between the two in the SG Super Cup.
Whatever else may be, the two teams are certainly familiar with each other. While their last official friendly ended 1-0 in Champions' favour, both fielded reserve teams then, and
Woon Shun An is of the opinion that it is too close to call.
"We've played them both a couple of times recently, and make no mistake, they're very strong teams." Woon said. "They weren't just lucky to make it this far. I think it'll come down to whose leaders want it more on the day, and between Foo who's on a path of redemption and Ángel Badillo who can conjure up goals from nowhere, it'll be some match to watch!"
