Nabil Hungry
Grilled International goalkeeping trainee Nabil bin Hj Azman Ilham defied expectations as he won a free transfer to Hungarian sixth division leaders LépniKell, despite decidedly lukewarm assessments from both the internal coaches, and the scouts that dropped by the Busy Bees academy. LépniKell boss Dénes Tompos evidently saw something in the 17 year-old, though, and he was signed alongside Italian Iulian Ţintea and PRC national Arghun Uitumen, in a triple swoop.
Bees scout Zulfadly bin Hj Ratano, who had placed faith in Nabil despite his less-than-reassuring resume - which he has arguably not improved on much - bade Nabil to make the most of this second chance. "Speaking honestly, rather better prospects have failed to get a foot in the pro ranks. Nabil was helped by us being a bit short on goalkeeper backups then, and let's just say that he has a lot to work on, if he wants to make it further."
