The Farmer Bunnies continued to milk their academy for talent, with their latest promotee being centreback Louis Lee. Though his initial clumsiness had seen him cut from the Eastern Highway Snakes, youth side of S-League challengers Singapore Big Dogs, Tong Han Kong saw his potential and seconded him to the Rabbits - and the rest was history.

"You can't teach height and hops, and Lee has both in abundance." Tong explained. "He has a lot to work on in the other areas of the game, but if there's a cross coming in, I know who I am betting on."
