17 year-old Farmer Bunnies midfielder Amogh Palkar left for Argentine fourth division side olivia for S$16000, over interest from RCD-Zürich (Swiss Division Six), Porkham (Swedish Division Five), zeljeznicarba (Bosnian Division Four), Music World (Italian Division Seven) and GöztepeF.C (Turkish Division Six).
Remembered best by the Rancher Rabbits followers for his hat-trick against Hungary's Barcia Akadémia, Palkar had otherwise been deployed mostly as a holding midfielder. This however belied his plenitude of technical ability, which he had mostly been mature enough to hide, when on the defensive end.
Much of the attention at Palkar's new club had been claimed by the arrival of star goalkeeper Joan Ferrís, which suited him just fine. "There's so much to take in, in this new environment." he said. "I could hardly sleep last night!"
