The home crowd breathed a collective sigh of relief when Mayur Gudivada was unable to give the visitors the go-ahead goal after his attack from the left 5 minutes into the match. Many in the crowd felt the referee was being too lenient when he only showed Cr4zY's Zairo Anuar bin Ashaari a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 13 minutes into the game. After 29 minutes, Grilled's 唐 (Tang) 恒才 (Hengcai) fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. Grilled took the lead 36 minutes into the game, scoring the 0 - 1 goal after some elegant plays down the middle. 唐 (Tang) 恒才 (Hengcai) was the scorer. Hung Wee Li of Grilled received a yellow card after 37 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. A thrilling play through the middle 38 minutes into the match gave Grilled's 唐 (Tang) 恒才 (Hengcai) a chance to increase the lead, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 2. 0 - 2 was the halftime score. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Grilled, with an impressive 62 percent possession of the ball.

The home crowd cheered when, after 51 minutes, Wardi Azhari's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. The sun seemed to put Yusman bin Mamud in a great mood, and he showed off his technical skills all match long. After 75 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed Wardi Azhari to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 3. With 81 minutes played, Grilled put themselves up 0 - 4 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was Teo Yong Yau. Grilled's players now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. After 82 minutes Grilled's Wardi Azhari limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. A drive on the left side allowed Grilled's Niculae Stanca to get in close and score a goal after 83 minutes, leading to 0 - 5. The coach of Grilled was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 85 minutes, Walter Ross came on for Qassem Madaini. The Grilled players could smell victory in the air. Niculae Stanca wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for Yvan Lefébure after 85 minutes. The Grilled captaincy was handed to Alvaro Silvera. Grilled's Krishnan Adabala wanted to play on, but 88 minutes into the game the decision was made to substitute him for Erik Back. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 77 percent of possession.

Most important Cr4zY player was Zhou You Liang. Mai Xian Wei turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt Erik Back. On the other hand, Alvaro Silvera's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 5.
