Grilled 4 - 1 Chinablack

e 95696 spectators at The Cooking Pot were in for an afternoon of sunshine. Markus Tobler was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Christian Lervåg and Onat Özsanlı. Grilled had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Harlow - Alcántara, Bona, Falkbo - van Liere, Siu-Yue, Rottman, Kek-Tjiang, Paullin - Langeland, Martinsson.

Chinablack started off with a 3-4-3 lineup. They fielded: Bengtsson - Sathiamoorthy, Kyhlell, Pećarić - Tzung, Aik How, Laporte, Jonasson - Nelis, Mandrini, Tian-Xiang.

Chinablack mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. Grilled broke through on the left 7 minutes into the game, with Fabian Bona firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 1 - 0 lead. 32 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as Lorenz Paullin dashed through, knocking home 2 - 0 for Grilled. With 34 minutes played, Chinablack's Dhatr Sathiamoorthy fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee booked Dhatr Sathiamoorthy for diving. With 35 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock, Chinablack showed some good morale and were able to reduce the score to 2 - 1 when Jacques Laporte got past the home side's central defenders right in front of the goal. After 41 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by Lorenz Paullin might have resulted in another goal for Grilled. However, Roger Bengtsson made a spectacular save. 42 minutes into the game, Fabian Bona had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came Nui Pakpao. Ola Martinsson should probably have put his team up another goal after 43 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by Roger Bengtsson kept the visitors in the game. 44 minutes in, Chinablack's Tay Aik How received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. 2 - 1 was the halftime score. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Grilled, with an impressive 67 percent possession of the ball.

Grilled added another goal to their lead as Luis Alcántara struck home the 3 - 1 goal after an attack from the left set him up unmarked in front of the keeper. By now, Grilled were drawing the troops back in order to defend their lead. Grilled put themselves up 4 - 1 when Lorenz Paullin broke through on the right, leaving the entire defensive box behind him. With 70 minutes played, Chinablack's Jan Jonasson fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee booked Jan Jonasson for diving. With 71 minutes played, Grilled's Jan Langeland tried to nail the coffin shut, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. Chinablack's Jan Kyhlell got himself booked for a foul. After 84 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by Ola Martinsson might have resulted in another goal for Grilled. However, Roger Bengtsson made a spectacular save. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 65 percent of possession.

Grilled's best player was Au-Yong Siu-Yue. However, Nui Pakpao made a disastrous appearance. Chinablack's best player was Hsiao Tzung. Ceferino Mandrini on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 1.
