Elias Lönnborn was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Tomas Pettersson and
Thibaud Duville. Equator started off with a 2-4-2 lineup. The following players took the field: Ja-Kwan - Chien-Houng, bin Hassan - Vikesh, Sen-Hee, Sing-Wie, Chih-Han - Hong-Lee, Phuntsok.
Grilled tactics involved an interesting 4-5-1 combination. Starters: Dias Paes - Tuan-Mu, Bona, Talib, bin Che Lah - Mirchev, Han Kok, bin Yaacob, Jie Siong, Fjällbratt - Rotteveel.
The left side created an opportunity for the visitors 3 minutes into the match, and

poor. The game had been on for 39 minutes when
Quah Han Kok broke through on the right, upping the score for Grilled to 0 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. At this point in the game, defending their lead became the main priority for Grilled. Many in the crowd felt the referee was being too lenient when he only showed Grilled's
Quah Han Kok a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 40 minutes into the game. A thrilling play through the middle 42 minutes into the match gave Grilled's
Lan Tuan-Mu a chance to increase the lead, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 5. Many in the crowd felt the referee was being too lenient when he only showed Equator's
Megat Amir Faisal bin Hassan a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 43 minutes into the game. 0 - 5 was the halftime score. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Grilled, with an impressive 86 percent possession of the ball.
A review of the gameplan helped Equator get back to a
passable organization. After 61 minutes, Grilled's
Maikel Rotteveel burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 6. A thrilling play through the middle 68 minutes into the match gave Grilled's
Maikel Rotteveel a chance to increase the lead, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 7.
Peter Fjällbratt seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in the 0-8 goal for Grilled after a corner kick that was nicely executed by
Maikel Rotteveel. After 81 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed
Fabian Bona to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 9. After 83 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed

Equator's best player was
Han Phuntsok.
Cai Hong-Lee was a disappointment, however.
Valdir Dias Paes performed admirably for Grilled.
Lan Tuan-Mu on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 10.
