Bunnies apprentice Chan Leong Choon received an early eighteenth birthday present, as he got taken on by Swiss VII.790 leaders PKS Finanz GmbH on a free transfer. An instinctive operator in midfield with a penchant for finding interesting passes, Chan had been reportedly on the watchlist of a number of clubs since Ooi Long Ming brought him to the Rancher Rabbits, but there would be just the single offer from Finanz at the end.
To Ooi, however, one was all that Chan really needed. "He just needs playing time to prove himself further, and Finanz have a habit of letting promising youngsters go for the right price. I think this is a mutually beneficial deal for all concerned."
