A rarity in these days, Shun Jin enjoyed a passable youth career as a midfielder before being told that there might be a place in the senior squad for him... but as a reserve goalkeeper.

Shun Jin responded to his club's call, and with longtime backup Hang Bao-Tam's retirement due to injury, he might yet see action in a competitive match - even if the fans are in no hurry to watch him get thrown in the deep end.
