Feng Darong became one of the few youth academy players to get a shot at the first team in recent years. He would be the first to admit that it has to do with a willingness to play second fiddle, though his silky skills are up there with the best on a good day.

Feng soon found opportunities hard to come by, with Grilled switching to a 3-4-3 formation that left room only for one winger, usually Ciro Penati; In order to continue his development, Feng reluctantly accepted that he had to leave, and will further his career in Croatia.
