UDNTK's Choy Shun Keng tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. Grilled's Islom Davlatov excelled in some fine tricks that completely confused Eliano Mantovani - and the finish was no less spectacular - 1 - 2! UDNTK put pressure on the visitors' central defence 39 minutes into the game, but Ignacy Karnat couldn't find an opening. 1 - 2 was the halftime score. UDNTK enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

Grilled's Bhavya Panigrahi was shown a yellow card after 58 minutes for slicing down an opponent. The home crowd cheered when, after 59 minutes, Bilal Mohammad Harun's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. 60 minutes into the game, Grilled wanted to bring some new energy to their game. Vikram Mudaliar gave Kalki Parvathaneni a quick hug as he left the field. Chan Ze Han almost seemed to dance around Eliano Mantovani, his movements were so smooth. Unfortunately for Grilled, his finish ended up on the wrong side of the post. Deng Lee Han made a superb strike after 66 minutes with a shot straight in front of the goal after a long ball through the middle, but one of the visitors' defenders got a foot in at the last second and warded it off for a corner. Grilled were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Kalki Parvathaneni came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over Paul Târlă but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. It was obvious that team Grilled had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. Gilbert Webb received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 73 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 1 - 3. The Grilled fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. After 88 minutes, the Grilled coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving Bhavya Panigrahi off the field. 雄輝 (Yuki) 入江 (Irie) took his place. As the match nears its end, the referee has deemed it appropriate to add 2 minutes as stoppage time. The match ends 1 - 3. Possession in this half belonged to UDNTK, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.

Most important UDNTK player was Paul Târlă. On the other hand, Kwek Huat Wan's play was disheartening. Grilled's best player was Kalki Parvathaneni. However, 雄輝 (Yuki) 入江 (Irie) made a disastrous appearance.
