Grilled 4 - 5 -Blitz-

iv id="matchReport"> Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 82804 to The Cooking Pot. Alessandro Weers was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Ueli Reisch and Hilbert de Kler. Fans of both teams had been eagerly awaiting this Jurong derby and were doing their best to outshout their opponents. The following players took the field: Batâr - 中北 (Nakakita), 入江 (Irie) - Künzler, Muthyala, Xin Lee, Saliman, Romijn - Xin Seng, Davlatov, Parvathaneni.

Starters: Hernalsteen - Abdul Rahim Sufyan, Polley, Mohd Abdul Rasyid - Kamat, Tze Chao, Ariton, Ricke, Rey - Schachner, Oscate.

Grilled Birds fielded a 2-5-3 lineup. For -Blitz-, the formation of choice was 3-5-2. Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 5 minutes, Grilled did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker, Islom Davlatov was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 1 - 0. Some brilliant football from the visitors' right wing resulted in a levelling of the score as -Blitz-'s Daniel Ariton put the ball in the onion bag after 34 minutes to make it 1 - 1. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to Kalki Parvathaneni" class="homeplayer">Kalki Parvathaneni, but the Grilled player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 2 - 1! 2 - 1 was the halftime score. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

The coach of Grilled was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 46 minutes, Hoàng Trung Quá came on for 雄輝 (Yuki) 入江 (Irie). -Blitz- tied it all up, 58 minutes in, after a spectacular goal by Franz Schachner, who miraculously broke through the home side's central defence, making it 2 - 2. -Blitz-'s opponents know to be wary of Christoffer Ricke's speed, but it made little difference as he flew past the defence 62 minutes into the game. Only the keeper could stop him - and he did with a perfectly timed dive! -Blitz- took the lead after 64 minutes making the score 2 - 3. Mohd Yahya Mohd Abdul Rasyid placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. -Blitz-'s Franz Schachner got himself booked for a foul. With 69 minutes played, after a good run down the left, Mohammad Ramli Saliman went down looking for a penalty after a challenge from the visitors' right fullback, but the referee waved play on, and later warned him for diving. With 75 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed Ricardo Rey of -Blitz- to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 2 - 4. Grilled refused to be intimidated and, breaking through the middle, Moey Xin Seng" class="homeplayer">Moey Xin Seng managed to slip the ball home for 3 - 4. Having taken a hard knock between his legs, Neeraj Muthyala limped off the pitch in a reduced state of dignity. He could not continue, managing only 78 minutes for his team this day. This gave Chan Ze Han" class="homeplayer">Chan Ze Han a chance to take to the field instead. Daniel Ariton of -Blitz- took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 79 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 3 - 5. Grilled's fans were urging them forward as they tried to get back into the game, and their vocal support was rewarded 83 minutes into the match as Chu Xin Lee" class="homeplayer">Chu Xin Lee ran onto a beautiful ball played through the visitors' defence and slotted it past the keeper to reduce the deficit. 4 - 5. After 88 minutes, Grilled switched Islom Davlatov with Iman Eshrafi, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. As the match nears its end, the referee has deemed it appropriate to add 2 minutes as stoppage time. The match ends 4 - 5. Neither team were able to dominate possession this half.

Most important Grilled player was Moey Xin Seng" class="homeplayer">Moey Xin Seng. Hoàng Trung Quá on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating -Blitz- player was without a doubt Rogger Oscate. However, Tsamin Abdul Rahim Sufyan made a disastrous appearance.
