Grilled 5 - 0 Bunnies

iv id="matchReport"> Grilled tactics involved an interesting 2-5-3 combination. The following players had been chosen: Tian Han - Madaini, bin Ahmad - Ping Shun, Shun An, 长春 (Changchun), Lee Hao, Aik Jia - bin Mohd Kassim, Isufi, Ying Lee.

Bunnies decided to use a 5-4-1 set up. They fielded: Sayın - Leng Teck, Mohd Jafni, Leung, Azfar, Yun Jie - Kong Seng, Weißhaus, Chang Ming, 达荣 (Darong) - Panzarino.

Grilled used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings. Bunnies clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could. Bunnies had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 12 minutes, but A. Kong Seng's shot from the left sailed high over the bar. With 14 minutes played R. Isufi almost put the home team one ahead on a cross coming in from the right, but the shot went just wide. The home side put themselves ahead 1 - 0 after 17 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from M. bin Mohd Kassim, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. L. Lee Hao should probably have put his team up another goal after 33 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by A. Sayın kept the visitors in the game. L. Lee Hao of Grilled was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. 1 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 71 percent of the ball.

After 46 minutes, Bunnies switched B. Weißhaus with O. Korpijärvi, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. Grilled players heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their wing attacks to the middle instead. R. Isufi could have increased the lead after 49 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. 69 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as 朱. 长春 (Changchun) broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for Grilled. R. Isufi increased the lead for Grilled to 3 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Bunnies needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 72 minutes E. Panzarino made way for W. Ting Yew. E. Panzarino was coming off, and had placed his last free kick for the day. That meant that O. Korpijärvi got the chance to showcase his dead ball skills. 73 minutes into the game, Bunnies had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to weak. After 74 minutes, L. Lee Hao put Grilled ahead 4 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Grilled put themselves up 5 - 0 when R. Isufi broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Confident in their lead, Grilled's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Grilled had most of the ball, with 77 percent of possession.

Grilled's top performer was clearly L. Lee Hao. Q. Madaini turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Bunnies player was without a doubt 司. 达荣 (Darong). On the other hand, A. Sayın's play was disheartening. The match ends 5 - 0.
