Grilled 3 - 3 Milanosiamonoi!!!

iv id="matchReport"> Grilled started off with a 2-5-3 lineup. Starters: Seng - bin Ahmad, van der Ban - Ping Shun, Jing Wei, Meyer, Lee Hao, Aik Jia - bin Mohd Kassim, Isufi, Ying Lee.

A 4-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Milanosiamonoi!!!. Lineup: Wharton - Biedermann, Frick, Schindler, Hadermann - Nakko, Morales, Stouten, Beauquis - Losev, Jussilainen.

Grilled seemed to prefer attacking in the middle. For their match strategy, Milanosiamonoi!!! had decided to use their ability to counter-attack whenever possible. After 2 minutes, following yet another great corner, R. bin Ahmad's flick on at the near post reached R. van der Ban, who was just wide with his snapshot - the ball went out for a goal kick. Making his way up the middle 26 minutes into the match, R. bin Ahmad almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert J. Wharton blocked it to keep the score level. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to M. bin Mohd Kassim, but the Grilled player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! A lunatic dribble by L. Lee Hao, in front of his own keeper, set up Milanosiamonoi!!!'s T. Losev for an embarrassingly easy strike after 33 minutes. 1 - 1! Grilled fans held their breath as L. Lee Hao scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 2 - 1! C. Ying Lee should probably have put his team up another goal after 43 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by J. Wharton kept the visitors in the game. The goal to make it 2 - 2 was scored by O. Beauquis after 44 minutes, following an opportunistic counterattack down the middle by Milanosiamonoi!!!. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 2. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 59 percent of possession.

As the 46 minute mark approached, the Grilled coach decided it was time for a substitution. Z. Jing Wei reluctantly made way for W. Shun An on the pitch. 46 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a Grilled substitution. C. Won came on for L. Lee Hao. Slack defending gave Grilled a chance to take the lead with 52 minutes played, but W. Ping Shun's cross from the left flank was fumbled in front of the goal and easily dealt with by the opposition. The terraces were silenced after 55 minutes when Milanosiamonoi!!!'s G. Stouten put the guests ahead 2 - 3, following an attack on the right. It was obvious that team Grilled had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. With a shot curled in from just outside the middle of the penalty area after 58 minutes played, W. Ping Shun of Grilled made the score 3 - 3. 74 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for Grilled to take the lead after a good cross from the right found W. Shun An alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post. R. Isufi would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. L. Wan Kang entered the game for Grilled as the match clock showed 80 minutes. Possession in this half belonged to Grilled, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.

M. bin Mohd Kassim performed admirably for Grilled. R. van der Ban was a disappointment, however. Milanosiamonoi!!!'s top performer was clearly R. Frick. M. Schindler turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 3.
