17 year-old defensive midfielder Kamaruddin Yasar Rafiq was mightily relieved to finally have found a new club, after weeks of unbearable waiting while training with the reserves. Jordanian Division Three side Dzikie Koniki agreed to take Rafiq on a free, and the Wings graduate will join their squad in the No. 39 shirt.
"I was nearly ready to listen to my parents and quit." Rafiq admitted after the fact. "There were days when I thought that I would never find a club willing to take me, and then Donald Galbraith took a chance on me. For that, I am very grateful."
