Grilled had chosen a strategic 2-5-3 formation. The following players took the field: Rykowski - Madaini, bin Ahmad - Ping Shun, Shun An, 长春 (Changchun), Jing Wei, Aik Jia - Ying Lee, bin Sabtu, 勇航 (Yonghang).

Blaichach tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination. They fielded: Horst - Pils, Fischel, Gacki, Thamm - Nakata, Stefanakis, Butterstieg, Boldyreff - Di Florio, Manners.

Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Blaichach. After 20 minutes, C. Ying Lee came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 1 - 0, giving Grilled the lead. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave Q. Madaini from Grilled a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 23 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Z. Jing Wei could have put Grilled up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 27 minutes. H. Fischel knocked one home from a counterattack down the right wing, making the score 1 - 1 after 28 minutes. After some beautiful movement down the left wing, Q. Madaini scored for Grilled putting them ahead 2 - 1, after 31 minutes. With 33 minutes gone, a long pass from the defence of Blaichach resulted in a counterattack that set H. Thamm free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. The home side's Z. Jing Wei came close to extending the lead 34 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but C. Horst managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. The counterattack by Blaichach resulted in a free kick that M. Gacki bent under the crossbar - 2 - 2! Grilled's W. Ping Shun got himself booked for a foul. It was 2 - 2 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Grilled, with 72 percent of the ball.

Good work by the Blaichach defensive line after 58 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found D. Stefanakis alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide. The home side put themselves ahead 3 - 2 after 59 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from Q. Madaini, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. L. Aik Jia made a quick rush after 60 minutes, but E. Pils had no problems keeping up the pace and stopped the attack. After 61 minutes, the visitors levelled the scores after E. Di Florio made it through the middle and struck home to make it 3 - 3. W. Shun An gave Grilled the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 4 - 3 C. Ying Lee's lightning pace was too much for H. Fischel who could only look on as the Grilled player blasted one home. 5 - 3. Grilled solidified their lead at the 74 minute mark, as 朱. 长春 (Changchun) dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 6 - 3. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Grilled lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Grilled's C. Ying Lee saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 77 minutes. Blaichach caught their opponents out with a clever counterattack down the right wing 78 minutes into the match. E. Pils was able to finish off the move - 6 - 4. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 76 percent of possession.

The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt 田. 勇航 (Yonghang). K. Rykowski turned in a dismal performance, however. E. Di Florio performed admirably for Blaichach. However, D. Stefanakis made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 6 - 4.
