Yusri Hatches
Midfielder Yusri bin Ramli signed professional forms with Vietnamese Division Four outfit Baby Football FC three days after becoming eligible on his seventeenth birthday. Grilled received S$18 000 from the deal.
Yusri had seriously considered an offer from local side Spartanx United, whose Spartanx Park is a stone's throw from his home, and also entertained thoughts of joining Polish Division Nine club, WDG. In the end, Baby Football FC's superior terms won out.
"Some of my coaches had advised me that Spartanx could help polish up my passing, but the representatives from my new club, Baby Football FC, were very persuasive." Yusri said.
