Skanky 9 - 0 Grilled
ear skies welcomed the 5327 spectators who had made their way to Bob Marley's Memorium.
Jani Lampi was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Pekka Niemistö and
Chandler Hutton. Skanky decided to use a 2-5-3 set up. Lineup: Jevtić - Barbier, Grün - Luz, Díaz, Petiot, Valkeeniemi, Long - Maaravi, Drãgoi, Barbier.
Grilled had chosen a strategic 3-4-3 formation. The following players took the field: Silvera - Woon Jin, Mirchev, bin Yaacob - Penati, Shun Jin, Mourão, 达荣 (Darong) - bin Mohamad, Cunha Simões, 力海 (Lihai) .
Grilled clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could. Skanky took the lead 5 minutes in, as
Jean-François Barbier broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. 15 minutes into the game, Skanky seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a
solid level of organization. After 17 minutes, speedy
Jean-François Barbier dashed past his marker, making plenty of room for the second wave of attack. However,
Liel Maaravi failed to score. Things were going to get worse for the visitors.
Liel Maaravi squirmed himself through their central defence after 19 minutes, bringing the lead to 2 - 0. After this, Skanky lowered the tempo in order to concentrate on their defensive efforts. Grilled's
Chan Woon Jin was shown a yellow card after 24 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Skanky put themselves up 3 - 0 when
Vasile Drãgoi broke through on the right, leaving the entire defensive box behind him. 31 minutes in, Skanky appeared unsure on how to play and their organization was only
passable.
Alvaro Silvera was caught napping as
Vasco Luz lifted a ball over him following a free kick, but the ball hit the bar, rebounding into the keeper's arms.
Chan Woon Jin of Grilled got sent off for kicking the ball after the whistle, a completely uncalled for move, earning him his second yellow card of the game. After 36 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Skanky found themselves out of position and their organization level dropped to
passable. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Skanky scored another to make it 4 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for
Vasile Drãgoi after 38 minutes. 40 minutes into the game,
Ville Valkeeniemi had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came
Antonio Pedrozo. It was 4 - 0 at the break. Skanky enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 81 percent of possession.
Skanky's coach had an extra briefing during the break, and after that his players had
solid organisation. With 47 minutes played, Skanky put themselves up 5 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to
Liel Maaravi, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. 53 minutes into the match, the speedy
Vasco Luz easily outpaced
Ivaylo Mirchev to knock in the 6-0 goal. After 60 minutes, Grilled switched
Ângelo Cunha Simões with
Michele Salieri, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. With 60 minutes played, the Grilled coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around.
Martin Torsson came on,
鄭 (Zheng) 力海 (Lihai) had to leave the fray. As
Vasile Drãgoi was substituted 60 minutes into the game, he could take comfort in the fact that his team was in the lead.
Pavol Romančák was the replacement.
Vasco Luz had a fantastic opportunity to put Skanky up another goal 68 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Skanky seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to
solid. A well-executed free kick by
Vasco Luz after 78 minutes made it 7 - 0 for Skanky. Skanky's
Liel Maaravi was delighted to score the 8 - 0 goal after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing after 80 minutes. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for
Liel Maaravi. Skanky's
Adrián Díaz got himself booked for a foul. The Grilled player who had to be helped off the pitch, was
封 (Feng) 达荣 (Darong) as he was unable to finish the game.
Fu Jun Chang came in to finish the match. The referee showed Grilled's
Ivaylo Mirchev the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased Skanky's lead to 9 - 0 as
Antonio Pedrozo finished it off competently, firing from an acute angle. Skanky held the ball, with a clear 82 percent of possession.
The most dominating Skanky player was without a doubt
Pavol Romančák.
Xavier Barbier turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Grilled player was
Ciro Penati. However,
Ivaylo Mirchev made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 9 - 0.
