After the ball was lifted in from the left, Hristo Kotarov was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 35 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. With 38 minutes played, a phenomenal play on the left side freed Alpay Gürses, of HELP, to dash through and score another goal for the visitors. The score was then 1 - 3. With 39 minutes having been played, HELP's Tzvetan Vutov had to leave the pitch after receiving his second booking. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 3. This half belonged to HELP, who controlled the ball 72 percent of the time.

After 60 minutes, Grilled switched 鄭 (Zheng) 力海 (Lihai) with Ângelo Cunha Simões, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch.
