Grilled were relying on their ability to counter-attack. The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of LoMeu's Damian Wódkiewicz after 22 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 0 - 1 lead. After 24 minutes, LoMeu's Luis Moreno Vidal burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 2. With 25 minutes played, LoMeu put themselves up 0 - 3 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was Erhart Goemans. The structure of the game started to change as LoMeu decided to pull back and meet their opponents in their own half. A thrilling play through the middle 26 minutes into the match gave LoMeu's Pol Rosselló a chance to increase the lead, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 4. The home crowd was not impressed when Damian Wódkiewicz came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 34 minutes. LoMeu were now up 0 - 5. There was concern in the stands when, at the 38 minute mark, LoMeu's Sergio Orquín hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 5. LoMeu claimed to be the more dominant force in the game, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 66 percent.

Augusto Vilches increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley shot away on a pass from the right. 0 - 6. The home crowd was given a certain amount of consolation when 封 (Feng) 达荣 (Darong) , after a brilliant midfield combination through the middle, reduced the lead to 1 - 7. A drive on the left side allowed LoMeu's Jack van Tuinen to get in close and score a goal after 75 minutes, leading to 1 - 8. After 79 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Erhart Goemans who increased LoMeu's lead to 1 - 9. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for Erhart Goemans. 80 minutes into the game, LoMeu's Jack van Tuinen surprised the visitors with a raking cross-field pass to Pol Rosselló who easily found the back of the net, bringing the score to 1 - 10. After 81 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed Seguís Quevedo to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 1 - 11. LoMeu enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 60 percent of possession.
