Talented 17 year-old winger Tan Banggui moved to Czech Division Seven club SY Lány team for a sum of S$52 000, over a similar bid from German Division Ten side GODLESS RAGE. Grilled club sources confirmed that they had offered Tan a two-year contract with the first team, but the youngster decided that he wanted to seek greener pastures.
