Balkan Imports Cai
Division Five side Wind Star, of Serbia and Montenegro, agreed terms for 18 year-old central midfielder Cai Tuan Dan. Cai will fly to Belgrade after experiencing Singapore's fortieth National Day celebrations at the Padang.
Swiss Division Eight club CHAV FC were on hand to take Cai off Grilled's hands after it was announced that the Jurong side were willing to release him, but Wind Star put together a better package for Cai in the end.
