Ali Joins Botters
Wingback Mohd Ali bin Othman, 18, was offered a place in Dutch Division Eight team De Botters' defence of the future, and completed the S$38 000 deal this morning. "Best of all, I'll still be wearing green!" Ali smiled.
He had a hard time deciding between the Botters and IKK 50 (Finland Division Six), R.C.D. Espanyol de Barcelona (Spain Division Eight), Club Deportivo Real Robos (Argentina Division Eight), Psicolabili UTD (Italy Division Eight), Pentium 4 (Lithuania Division Five), Fc Zernez (Swiss Division Eight) and local Division Four side kingsball.

Hidde van Liere narrowed the options down, and he was soon convinced that the Netherlands would be a conducive environment for polishing his skills. "He's nippy and a real nuisance for opposition strikers." van Liere affirmed.
