Magunsson Bye-Bye
Peter Magunsson, after five seasons at Grilled, has finally moved on to Belgian Divsion Five club Fc ex-Breivelde for S$534 000. The 24 year-old Magunsson joined the club when eighteen on a free transfer from panzerschwein, but faded out of the first team after a short spell which yielded two goals. Understandably, he was not overly distraught when informed of the move. "I'm only surprised it hasn't come sooner. I was half expected to be shipped out ever since Machado left. Noor Yadah and the rest are pretty amazing midfielders and I wish them all the best." Some poor showings in friendlies were suspected to have contributed to his transfer listing, which got three other clubs interested - Gummibear Alliance (USA Div Four), Faustion 1986 (Sweden Div 3) and Mesipop (Sweden Div 6).
17 year-old defender/striker Lim Ming Hui was taken on by Swiss Division Six side FHS earlier in the morning.
