Khairol To Kaltscho
Swiss Division Six mid-tables FC Kaltscho acquired striker Mohd Khairol Anuar bin Senin, 19, from the Birds as part of their seven-player buying spree. He joins young English midfielder Cain Thain, Chilean forward Martín Parisi, Finnish winger Elias Vuori, Israeli defender Hezi Addre-Ee, Latvian midfielder Oskar Senkevich and Italian winger Giancarlo Fornasini in trying to establish them in FC Kaltscho's first eleven.
"It will be tough to integrate, but it's a possibility. Kaltscho have told me they will let me go if I don't make the grade, so all I can do is try." Swedish Division Four side Ball & Chain FC and Singaporean East Coast team DreamHouse Corp (Division 3) tabled acceptable offers, but the Swiss franc proved strongest. FC Kaltscho's winning bid of S$176 000 was the second highest for a youngster so far this season.
