Seet Apprenticed
Grilled youth midfielder Seet Tian Li moved on a free to fellow Western club UEFA, as the Division Three side indicated that they were prepared to take a chance on the eager Seet. "He's not the most polished of our lads," a Grilled youth coach admitted, "but he can never be faulted for not trying, and has demonstrated creativity at odd moments."
Seet has been advised to work on his free-kick prowness if he wishes to give coaches more reason to pick him. Not as lucky was 18 year-old striker Tan Leong Puay, who despite his well-built frame didn't impress scouts with his skill or lack thereof. Tan is now at a critical crossroads, and has declared that he will quit soccer if he does not get an offer in the near future.
