Seetoh Sought Out
17 year-old striker Seetoh Min Soon won a hefty S$906 000 move to German Division Nine side SV Villevalo, and immediately featured in their friendly match. Though Seetoh didn't find the net in a 4-1 victory over Bulgarian side ^Barcelona^2006, it was agreed that he displayed enough promise to bid for a first team place.
Things have certainly moved quickly for Seetoh, who had been racing up and down the left flank as an attacking fullback for most of his stay with the Chicken Wings. "Seetoh always had an eye for goal, but we just had too many promising 15 and 16 year-olds to offer him a place up front. He never once complained, to his credit." Scout Tham Beng Li commented.
Wolfwoods' Crowd (Croatian Division Four), simsek çakar (Turkish Division Seven) and Pro Caccolese (Italian Division Six) were also in the running, but the prospect of contributing instantly edged it for Seetoh.
