Swedish Draw

About 2500, among them many Singaporeans, watched schakalerna of Västmanland, Sweden held to a three-all draw by holpan, who were one rung lower in the Seventh Division.

Fast wingback Henrik Forsskog gave holpan a surprise beginning, but then the lead changed hands in the 32nd minute as Dutch midfielder Nigel Burgher headed in after S$1 million French striker Eric Lemay had brought schakalerna level.

Lemay put in a third from the air, but a two-minute blitz fifteen minutes into the second half saw holpan's forwards Erik Wickbo and Johan Hägerfeldt embarrass Romanian goalie Szilveszter Lambert with two consecutive goals.
