After 7 minutes, Grilled's
Cao Wai-Kin made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 0 - 1. Herron's
Jens Hallell put his head to a well placed ball, lifted in from the left, and scored the 1 - 1 goal with 31 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock. Herron's
Jens Hallell tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. It was a hot and sunny day, and several players seemed worn out. Maybe this was why
Jens Hallell found an unusual amount of space for his snappy footwork. Herron had a good opportunity to take the lead as
Anders Eriksson came up the left side, but he struck the ball weakly and it went straight into the arms of
Ahmed Abed-Sulaiman. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Herron, with an impressive 54 percent possession of the ball.
Herron had a good opportunity to take the lead as
Othman bin Ib Berahim came up the left side, but he struck the ball weakly and it went straight into the arms of
Ahmed Abed-Sulaiman. After 65 minutes of play,
Gábor Pető gave the home team a 2 - 1 lead after an attack coming in from the right. With 76 minutes played,
Shu Chit-Fu could have brought this one home for Herron as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. The referee showed Herron's
Anders Eriksson the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. 78 minutes into the game Grilled's
Jon Andrea Rottman found a gap in the home side's central defence and scored with a fabulous shot, making it 2 - 2. Herron claimed to be the more dominant force in the game, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.
The most dominating Herron player was without a doubt
Abd Rauf Mohd Nadzir.
Othman bin Ib Berahim on the other hand, had a terrible day. Grilled's best player was
Ahmed Abed-Sulaiman. However,
Ola Martinsson made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 2.
