Grilled 1 - 4 Winning

471 spectators arrived at The Cooking Pot, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Darren Pavia was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Mircea Roman and Wiljo Verwoerd. Grilled had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. They fielded: Harlow - Bona, Paullin, Falkbo - van Liere, Stanton, Rottman, Kek-Tjiang, Spirig - Langeland, Martinsson.

Winning tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. The following players had been chosen: Pinchetti - Joon-Ming, Bäckquist, Mönkhof - Jacobsson, Klintskog, Van-Phuoc, Nederwald, Grunder - Avramidis, Kai-Chung.

Some quick footwork on the left side of the field 19 minutes into the match left Winning's Nikos Avramidis completely free to score. 0 - 1 for the visitors. 19 minutes in, Grilled's Shen Kek-Tjiang received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. After 21 minutes, Ola Martinsson got through on the right and was very close to equalising for the home side, but didn't get the shot away. Zang Kai-Chung finished off the counterattack from the left rather easily, scoring 0 - 2 for Winning. 25 minutes in, Grilled's Jon Andrea Rottman received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Due to a severely mistimed tackle, Jimmy Nederwald of Winning spent some time on the grass writhing in agony before he could get up and continue the game. Yin Van-Phuoc increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley shot away on a pass from the right. 0 - 3. The structure of the game started to change as Winning decided to pull back and meet their opponents in their own half. Mathias Jacobsson really should have scored when he was chosen by fate to confront a wide open goal following a great play by Reinold Mönkhof after a corner. 0 - 3 was the halftime score. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 54 percent of possession.

Jimmy Nederwald came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle, but he lifted the ball over Clair Harlow and it was a little too high and hit the bar. Reinold Mönkhof was, after 61 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but home side's keeper Clair Harlow made the save. The visitors' Miao Joon-Ming took advantage of an error due to a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and central backs 74 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for Winning. Grilled reduced the lead to 1 - 4 with 87 minutes on the clock when Jon Andrea Rottman got the best of a ball floated in from the left. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 53 percent of possession.

The most dominating Grilled player was without a doubt Asher Stanton. Lorenz Paullin on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Winning player was Tom Pinchetti. However, Kim Bäckquist made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 4.
