Woofers used their skill at pressing to cut off the attack angles of their opponents all over the field. The pressing tactics used by Woofers were successful at containing their opponents.
Lionel Limberg had a hard time on the water infested pitch - his trademark technique was nowhere in sight this day. 23 minutes into the match, Grilled nearly took the lead, as
Maikel Rotteveel broke through on the right.
LluÃs Mardones made the save, however. With 24 minutes showing on the scoreboard, Woofers had a chance to take the lead after being awarded a penalty, but
Patryk Zasłona's shot was blocked by
Valdir Dias Paes. The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of Grilled's
Maikel Rotteveel after 29 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 0 - 1 lead. 0 - 1 was the halftime score. This half belonged to Woofers, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.
Due to some great work on the right wing Woofers's
Svend Lyst was able to even the score after 64 minutes to make the score 1 - 1. 64 minutes into the game, Woofers wanted to bring some new energy to their game.
David Østmo gave
Zhang Thien An a quick hug as he left the field.

Ciro Penati slipped and slithered in the wet grass. His usual rapid runs were nowhere to be seen today. At 72 minutes played,
Diego Enero came in from the right with the intention of giving Woofers the lead, but his rocket of a shot rattled the crossbar. Woofers's
Doncho Spaskov got himself booked for a foul. Woofers took the lead after 77 minutes, as a result of
Zé Albuquerque's awkward, but ultimately successful, shot from the right. 2 - 1. The forty-five minutes were dominated by Woofers, with an impressive 52 percent possession of the ball.
Woofers's best player was
Patryk Zasłona. However,
陈 (Chen) åŒç¥¥ (Shuangxiang) made a disastrous appearance.
Matthias Branbilla performed admirably for Grilled.
