weak. Grilled took the lead after 24 minutes with 0 - 1.
Quah Han Kok placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. After 28 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Grilled found themselves out of position and their organization level dropped to
poor. After 33 minutes Rovers's
Jiang Man-Ho contracted a slight foot injury, but could finish the game. The crowd roared in delight as
Volaha Khare finished off a spectacular series of passes through the middle to even the score for Rovers 40 minutes into the match. 1 - 1. 41 minutes in, Grilled's
Maikel Rotteveel received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. 44 minutes into the match, the visiting Grilled scored the 1 - 2 goal after
Maikel Rotteveel executed a perfect free kick. 1 - 2 was the score after the first half. Grilled enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.
A review of the gameplan helped Grilled get back to a
passable organization.
Qiu See-Leong's free kick after 62 minutes should have scored for Rovers, but the visitors' keeper just managed to get a hand on it. The away team's
Maikel Rotteveel took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 68 minutes which increased Grilled's lead to 1 - 3. 71 minutes into the game, Grilled were awarded a penalty and
Maikel Rotteveel was able to increase the visitors' lead to 1 - 4 rolling the ball in by the right post. That made three goals for
Maikel Rotteveel and he was marked down for the hat trick. 75 minutes in, Grilled's
Dani Spirig received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Grilled claimed to be the more dominant force in the game, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 70 percent.
Most important Rovers player was
Andy Gallego.
Yu Ha-bu turned in a dismal performance, however.
Quah Han Kok performed admirably for Grilled.
Hang Bao-Tam was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 4.
