Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Arrogancae on this day. They were singing the praises of Quah Han Kok 4 minutes into the match after his speculative chip from just outside the centre part of the opponent's penalty area found its way over the visitors keeper to make the score 1 - 0 for Grilled. 32 minutes into the match the visitors levelled the score at 1 - 1 as Cornelus van Schie struck home from a rebound off the crossbar, following a shot from the right. Some beautiful plays on the left side of the field resulted in a goal after 33 minutes by Subri bin Ku Zainol for Grilled, putting them ahead 2 - 1. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Grilled scored another to make it 3 - 1 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for Sylweriusz Zywczyn after 41 minutes. 44 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as Quah Han Kok dashed through, knocking home 4 - 1 for Grilled. 4 - 1 was the halftime score. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 60 percent of possession.

A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased Grilled's lead to 5 - 1 as Dani Spirig finished it off competently, firing from an acute angle. The structure of the game started to change as Grilled decided to pull back and meet their opponents in their own half. 70 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as Quah Han Kok dashed through, knocking home 6 - 1 for Grilled. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for Quah Han Kok. Mirosław Dyła really should have scored when he was chosen by fate to confront a wide open goal following a great play by Walter Nidetzky after a corner. Arrogancae reduced the score after 81 minutes to 6 - 2 as Luís André Silva Godói easily chipped the ball past the home side's keeper after a dazzling play from the right. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. Maikel Rotteveel squirmed himself through their central defence after 83 minutes, bringing the lead to 7 - 2. Grilled held the ball, with a clear 59 percent of possession.

Most important Grilled player was Valdir Dias Paes. However, Dani Spirig made a disastrous appearance. Zmejko Nadzakov performed admirably for Arrogancae. Kike Sales was a disappointment, however. The match ends 7 - 2.
