Paulino Trindade of Grilled took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 6 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 2. Grilled were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Hwang Teck Fu received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 21 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 3. The Grilled fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. After a savage shot that could only be parried by the keeper, Chia Kwang Tse demonstrated his experience by being in just the right place to slot home the rebound. His goal for Grilled 26 minutes into the match made the score 0 - 4. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Grilled, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. After 29 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave Kendell El Khateeb a chance to increase the lead for Grilled, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 5. 0 - 5 was the halftime score. Grilled claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 68 percent.

Kendell El Khateeb would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. Mohsen El Khateeb entered the game for Grilled as the match clock showed 46 minutes. A drive down the left side allowed Chia Kwang Tse to get in close and score another goal for Grilled after 47 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 6. The visitors' Mohd Marzuki Khairul took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 50 minutes into the match. 0 - 7 for Grilled. Slavia CZ's Abiria Opiyo was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 51 minutes. With 52 minutes played, Grilled put themselves up 0 - 8 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was 冬馬 (Toma) 田宮 (Tamiya). After 62 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Chad Thach who increased Grilled's lead to 0 - 9. Hwang Teck Fu came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over Benjamin Odoch but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. After 77 minutes, the Slavia CZ coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving Benjamin Odoch off the field. Pasquale Bisceglia took his place. 88 minutes into the game, Grilled wanted to bring some new energy to their game.
