Known as a complete midfielder during his astonishing 24 year-long career, Dutchman Elias van Dal loved the game too much to leave after hanging up his boots, and immediately dove into management with relish.

Discovered by Drenthe-based C.U. Cardenas, Elias played in Sweden with Hagahojden and Bandyy United, before a S$7.2 million bid by mika took him back to the Netherlands. A couple of short stints in coaching followed, before he found his calling with Farmer Bunnies.
