Profile	Career Honours	Performance Records

A defensive all-rounder practically bursting with energy, Phua was indefatigable during his early years with La Masia Singapore - and almost never came off second best in a straight contest of strength in challenges. A combustible personality perhaps saw him miss out on some opportunities, but he was just too good for the national youth setup to pass him up, in the end.
