Huihong Hit
With the III.10 title under wraps, Grilled promptly lost to Slovakian side eberhard in front of over five thousand at their Angelika Arena. The namesake of the great Ferenc Puskás notched the first goal in under five minutes, as he displayed impressive skill coming in from the right.
Midfielder Jozef Kvaska then gave his teammates a scare with an ill-advised backpass that Hjortlind saw coming, but fortunately for the home team, their goalkeeper was first to the ball. The yellow and red stripes of eberhard were dominant for the rest of the half, and Eberharter put the ball in the net on their next possession.
It is not too common to have a player play for a club with the same name, but German forward Marcel Eberhard enjoys that distinction; one of the stars of the side, he made a couple of good passes that led to the third goal, finished competently by Prokop Packo. He was again in the thick of things when Belleflamme made it four, leaving the home club with a very comfortable lead at the break.
The Birds for once improved after half-time, though, even though Puskás got it to five, and Kvaska outflanked the backline for 6-0 on 67 minutes. Grilled actually posed some problems after that, with Mirchev getting carded after trying to get the ball from a downed eberhard player. Huihong eventually pulled one back to mark Grilled's best performance in a friendly yet this season, which is saying something.
